I'm doing a lot of praying for these little ones. I hope today that they will start healing. I have so much sympathy for the parents, I can't imagine what they are going through

Still praying for them here too...I'm hoping no news is good news. I can't stop thinking about them.

Just got the update. One of the two boys who are home is eating..I suggested baby food so they are trying that. The other little guy is only a wee bit better but definitely NOT out of the woods. The baby in the hosp has not changed.
Thanx so much for your interest and prayers. There are a lot of prayers needed this past week-end..

I just saw this. It sounds so familiar to me, like what my little E man is going through.
You may want to have your friend try mixing prescription a/d canned food from the vet. That's what I've been feeding Evan and it is helping him put some weight on.
I am saying SUPER POWER prayers for these little angels.
It's not easy to see them so helpless.
Thank you for your prayers for Evan. They have worked tremendously, I believe the are healing. So I am praying like mad here in Ohio.

Irene, thanx so much for your post. I know how hard it is to think about others babies when you have one so sick. Yes, they are force feeding a/d but with a fight..So, the pups seem to like baby lamb and chicken mixed with Nutri cal and formula...They were started on Tetracycline so they should be up and around soon..

Sorry to hear about the babies Rini we will pray for them little ones, Brandon says send them to him and he will take good care of them he does not want them to be sick anymore so maybe if they come to our house they will get better. All of my little day care kids are going to say prayers for them and make pics, will have to send them!!

Tammy, you give my pen pal huge hugs and kisses. Y'all don't know how lucky I am to have my new pen pal, Brandon.
As for an update on the babies. A second one has had to be hospitalized. Their diagnosis is coccidia and the other one I can hardly write-Pat will know why already but for the rest -campylobacter. I bought 2 puppies who were carriers and they got a clean bill of health. In 48 hours I had a sick baby. Within 24 hours, I had a nearly dead baby-my Jesse, heart of my heart, who had to be euthanized at age 3 years. He is on my avatar and in my album. Tears again!!
Anyhow, the babies are all on Erythromycin for campy, and Albon (I think) for coccidia. The vet thinks the babies might have become stressed as their doggy mom started weaning them and they rebelled. Anyhow, Helen (their hooman mom) is so grateful for your prayers. She said it has given her peace. Isn't that wonderful??
