Do find out what that covers. A coworker got a $75 voucher for a spay from the local SPCA, but found out that it didn't cover pain meds, pre op bloodwork, etc. so the cost was up there anyway. Another thing to consider is that the spay/neuter clinics don't pull any retained baby teeth. There is usually a small charge, $10 a tooth or something, if you vet does it while she is under for her spay. If it has to be done separately it will end up being much more expensive than if you had your regular vet do them both together plus you will have to put her through two anesthesias.
The health benefits from spaying before the first spay are so significant, I'd hate for you to miss the opportunity to all but eliminate her risk of cancer later on.
