| ![]() .......I don't think I would have said anything, either....I would just be in shock....last month I was in a supermarket and a woman kept repremanding her child and he was doing nothing....I was knelt down at a lower shelf and looked up....she said to her son "see, now people are looking at us"....she said to him "you should have stayed home"....he cried "I wanted to, you wouldnt' let me".....I could see she was just a stressed Mom so before I left the aisle I went over to her and just lightly put my palm on her shoulder and said "hang in there, it will be ok"....she looked at me gratefully and said "I'm trying, thank you".......I know it had to have changed her day and attitude toward her son...............there are people who need our support and we can show it but there are those who just shut you out .....tv doesn't help w the way they encourage rude behaviour........ |
