| My yorkie/ my blessing I am going to get a little mushy here, so please consider yourself warned. When I first brought Gizmo into our lives this past May, many in my family became convinced that I had lost my mind. I am so crazy about this little guy, that I admit that I go a little (or a lot) overboard at times. My family often teases me about being "that crazy dog lady". My co-workers put up with it all with a sort of amused tolerance as well. My oldest son came over to visit the other day and had this to say about it all.. "Mom, I love you, and I support whatever or whomever brings joy to your life." Isn't that great? That's exactly what my yorkie does. He brings joy to my life. And in this crazy world we live in, here's to embracing every bit of joy we can find for ourselves and our families. Happy Thanksgiving everyone.

| Judy, We are twins seperated at birth...lol... Jolie came into y life this past March and Jax in May. I am crazy about them... My youngest child is 21 yrs old... and I have longed for a grandchild for many years now. My daughter was married to a man who is sterile and we had that news last year. it was devestating... and sorry to say they were so young and did not seek proper counseling to help them overcome such devestaing news and it ended in divorce. Well to try to get to the point ... I thought it would be forever , so I got puppies. I love babies and puppies. I am an OB nurse and see babies everyday. So anyway my motto was God did not fill my arms with grandbabies do I got yorkies... well... some people just get it all because guess what A grandbaby is on its way... my granddaughter is due in April and Jax and Jolie willhave so much fun with her. I will dress them all alike. Hehe.. My grown sons think I am crazy ... I say yes I am about my yorkies. So I feel so blessed as well.

| Judy, that is so sweet. I know just how you feel. While I love both of mine equally - Roxy the teenage girl - stubborn, bullheaded, mouthy, drama queen who only wants to cuddle on her terms and Remi - my little sidekick who will cuddle at he drop of a hat and never leaves my side, I'd be lost without either one of them. Thank you for making us stop and remember just how important these little furbutts are to us. To any who have lost their precious buddies, my heart goes out to you and I hope that at the right time you will be able to let another little furball wiggle it's way into your life and help mend your broken heart. They are truely a healing gift from God.

Shhh...don't tell anyone, but I think all of them (hubby included) are just as much in love with the little furbutt as I am.
