Who is looking for a female Biewer puppy?

If they were "mine" for sure they would be on YT in the sale section. When I started this, the discussion was hypothetical. But it isn't anymore, because I now know of 3 larger biewers looking for homes at reasonable prices. The breeders want to find good homes, of course, and don't want to become attached to the puppies. That is why we are having this discussion--not every dog is a "tiny female".

I have a boy and a girl. Whle I love both dearly...Buster is my heart! I would take another boy...more than one actually...I love boys!! I find that they are more affectionate and people oriented. Both female dogs I have owned always bonded with my husband. Boys are all mine !!

Why am I not surprised that my emails or PMs are not over-flowing with requests for information about the reasonably priced, but possibly teapot-sized Biewers??

Have you tried posting on biewertalk.com? Maybe there aren't that many YT members that are interested in owning a Biewer. You might have better luck there

i wish i could get one... I would LOOOOOVE to have a Biewer, i don't care about the size, but i live with my parents and i think they would flip if i brought in another pup in the house... With as long as it took to potty train Bellie, i don't think they'd want another... (i dunno why... lol) and also i'm in college so finances are not ideal... i so wish i could get it though...

I have 2 boys and 1 girl and as much as I love my boys I wish I would have taken girls. The breeder told me to take a boy because girl wouldn't get along . These guys were fixed @ 5 months and mark and hump all over the place. Snitch is my biggest problem, He humps Snuggles if she barks, plays with her toys and if you give her attention hes trying to go at it. I know it sounds mean but if I could go back it time, I would have taken girls or maybe just stood with Snuggles only. . I do fine females easier to potty train as well.

My snuggles is a teapot @ 16 lbs. and the boys are 10 & 8. I would love another female but with the problems the boys are giving me I cant handle anymore.

I have always had boys as pets. They are the kinder gentler souls in my opinion.

I know about the male lifting scenarios, but males are usually gentler and more willing to be lap dogs. Seems unless they are 4# or less as adults no one is interested.

Is it the dressing them up? or breeding? Would a young spayed Adult be interesting to purchase?

What if I have 5 girls to place (I wish), what factors would you want me as the breeder to consider?

I know the standard size is 4-7#. But pups/dogs are like people, not everyone fits the standard. My 12# teapot Yorkie is the funnest dog I own...she is a Yorkie but she is a DOG. Not a toy.


No flaming, I am asking because what if I do have 5 females looking for homes someday.

Between my house & my mom's (she lives next door & my dogs go over for plays dates with her cats - weird but true) we have 5 dogs & 6 cats; 4 females & 7 males. We don't choose on gender, we go with personality and we prefer older dogs to puppies. Aside from Edison, who still has a lot of growing to do, my smallest dog is my Yorkie/Bichon mix & she is 8 lbs, the little bity ones are just fragile for my zoo. I actually got my first Yorkie because I started looking for a Biewer and they were even more expensive that the Yorkies. I haven't regretting my Yorkies for a second but, if you EVER need a home for a boy OR a girl, feel free to think of me.

Oh Dee I would love, love, love to take one of these babies at any size but I just can't get my husband to agree to getting a 4th dog. You know how much I want a Biewer and actually don't care what the size. My Maltese is 11 pounds and he is still a little dog. He looks like a monster next to CoCo who's 3.5 pounds but he's really not that big.

I hope your friend can find good homes for these babies. Just out of curiosity, what state are these Biewers in and how much is the breeder asking for them?And do you have any pictures?
