| I use gel to slick Zoey's back. Also a small claw clip sometimes.

| I've never heard this 12 hour thing either...Mine had hers done up the other day, and I left it in for over 24 hours.. You can buy the little rubberbands with the cloth around them(for little girls), they work really good, or the little girls clips |

| I haven't been using rubberbands on Pixie,I found some baby hairbands in my local chemist, they are small, soft, little toweling bands and came in a pack of different colours. I was worried rubberbands would tear her hair. I have bought some little hair grips, the mini claw ones, but as soon as she shakes her head they are falling out so i have given up on those for now! I do have some lovely bows i bought for her but i haven't used them yet, will maybe save them for when she's a little bigger and her hair has grown a bit more.

| Princess gets her hair brushed out every morning, I don't use rubber bands on her, I use the plastic ones. I take her hair down before bed, and she's brushed again. The plastic ones always stay good in her hair, and they come right out, where the rubber ones pull on her hair. I haven't heard of the 12 hour rule, Princess is 4 years old and her hair is doing just fine

| I use the tiny scrunchies a lot and a rubber band on occassion... I use a little bit of baby oil gel to slick it back a little when we go out. Depending on her mood, sometimes she'll mess with it until it comes out because she seems to like her hair down and wild

| "When" I use bands, I put it up in the morning and take it down in the evening to prevent breakage. Those that don't get put up, have bangs cut. |

| Gosh, I leave Lady's topknot with bands in 24/7 and have done so for years. I've never had a problem. I think the key is to get a really good quality grooming band. I love the ones from the Finishing Touch or Lainee Ltd. |

| not rubber bands ok... the ones I use aren't rubber...just call them that out of habit. they are those clear and brown... kind clear looking bands... but she does pull at her hair and get them very tangled by the end of the day. I had never heard the 12 hr rule here... but I read it on a lot of posts... so I was just saying I know that rule. But I do want it down sometimes... I know mine really hurts if it is left up all the time... so considering that.... I thought I would take it out now and then... but when I do it just is in the way... so I was just trying to see what ya'll did in that situation. Baby oil gel? Not a bad idea. |

| I leave mine all the time too . . .but do replace it daily or when it her hair gets to messed up already. I always use a new rubber band whenever I do redo her hair though. And I only use the ones I sell . . they are awesome and my customers seem to think so too as they say it does not break the hair |
