| Aira is getting fixed tomorrow Aira is just about six months and is getting spayed tomorrow. I am so worried for her and feel so bad. I am taking her in but can't bring myself to pick her up, luckily my boyfriend has volunteered to pick her up. My boyfriend says I am worrying much. I just need some encouragement! How long did it take your babies to feel better? Anything I can do to make things go more smoothly once she comes home? |

| I just had my boy done last week. I asked for a lot of encouragement. It helped but it still was hard. I actually cried when I left him. Aira will be just fine. I will say a prayer for the both of you. My female Lab (8 years old) got sick in August because we never had her spayed. We almost lost her, she stopped eating and drinking. We took her to the vet and she had to have emergency surgery. The vet said all her female parts were infected and we caught it before it spread all through her. Because it was an emergency surgery, it cost us $1000.00. We are blessed that she is healthy and happy. The vet told us that when people do not get the them fixed and they do not have puppies they can get very ill. My in-laws had the same thing happen with their small dog many years ago. Say a prayer for your little girl and God will protect her. When she is back on her feet you will know you did the right thing, I promise. Blessings on your journey tomorrow.

| My lil baby Paris just was fixed on Wed, and it was the most scary thing. She is only 2.8 pounds, and also had 7 teeth pulled. The moment she comes home it will be hard, she will be in pain, so make sure you buy the pain meds....a must. I also heated up warm towels and wrapped her every 30 mins because they get super cold. The following day she is back to normal, which isn't good because they tend to want to jump on funiture, and your lap, so monitor her closely. Make sure your vet is trustworthy...all will be fine =) |

I Love My Lil' Punkin's Donating Member | Awww I'm sure little Aira will be fine It took my Tatum a few days to start feeling better (like herself again) - but it wasn't near as bad as what I thought it was going to be I will say a little prayer for Aira!
