it will be tougher on you! lol... try to be strong when you drop her off or she will get hte feeling that she should be upset and nervous which will just make it harder for her. Your pup may or may not come home with meds... Layla did not... she was groggy for about 3-4 days..but she is very senstive to that stuff... like when she gets a rabies shot she is out for two days at least. after her spay she needed help standing to pee outside... and i used a syringe to get water in her... you may need to offer her special food like boiled chicken to get her to eat... You might want to buy a baby onesie... Layla was around 3 lbs when she was spayed and wore a premie size... it just keeps them from licking their stiches... Layla wore it at night up until her stiches were removed. But just keep calm, keep her near you at all times and when Lay was spayed i slept on the couch with her in her crate next to me so i could hear her (and not sleep TOO soundly on the couch) it will go fine
we have all been there but i know it is so hard when it is your baby that you are dropping off!
