| ![]() Your baby is simply adorable! I want him too!!! Don't worry about the thinning hair. Most of the time its actually the grey/silver hair coming out and it looks like the scalp . My little girl Mimi has very light hair on the top of her head and she looks bald when I touch her head. The rest of her body hair is very thin. Your furbaby will probably grow up to be around 2.5 lbs Genie |

| ![]() OMG, these babies are gorgeous. Thanx to all of you for sharing pics of your gorgeous babies. As for measurements-for height- measure from a flat surface on which they are standing to the top of the shoulder in front. That is the height. For the length-measure frombase of neck down the back to the base of the tail. Those 2 numbers should be the same for a cobby body..That is breed standard. IF, you have to select a puppy with faults-and because they are live beings they will have them-and the faults are either long backs or long legs.. pick long legs. You can grow their hair down to camouflage the leg length but there is NO way to disguise the long back.. |

| ![]() Whipersmom, So if Cookie's base/neck to base/tail is 8-9" he should be 8-9" tall? I have to remeasure him. I think from his last measurement he was 9inc long but he is no more than 8 inch tall. He will not let me measure his height! Everytime he sees the measurint tape he goes nuts! His eyes bulge like he's going to freak out lol I'll see if I can bribe him with a treat lol Genie |

Yorkie Talker | ![]() My yorkie is 1.7 pounds. 5 inches from floor to back. Girth is 6 3/4 and back length is 5 inches. This seems to be about pounds full grown. The breeder says she will be around 3 to 4 lbs. I have not bought her yet only a deposit. What is YT opinion? |
