| Welcome to YT -- Glad you found us! How wonderful for you to give this guy a forever home! I adopted my 2 when they were almost 1 1/2 and Bubba used to do a lot of that choking when I first got him -- sometimes I wonder now if it was some type of food allergy and it was affecting his breathing. Check out the forum on Yorkie Health & Diet - you will find all kinds of information on finding a good dog food to acceptable vs non-acceptable human food.
