well, if CKC means "Continental Kennel Club," then that's probably correct. i was thinking "Canadian Kennel Club," which is the Canadian equivalent of AKC and would prove to be odd, now that I think of it, because they are not located in Canada. LOL whoops!

You should not feel guilty about turning her in. You are not doing anything wrong, she is. I understand that if it is a small town, you dont want to start a war at your front door. I would just make an anonymous report.

I agree. If you have been there and seen with your own eyes, then you have a valid reason to report them. It is so sad to see those babies.

So, I just need to call the local humane society in Scottsville and tell them anonymously that they need to check it out?
