Beautiful work!! I'm on a budget too, but I don't have a sewing machine. We have just a few things & I splurged on a t-shirt the other day, so now we have to scale back. Mine each have a coat, a robe, 2 sweaters and a t-shirt. They would love to have jammies - so we're saving for those. I did buy them each a $2.50 holiday t-shirt at Target on Sunday.

Toys can live forever at our house. Even the ones without the squeekers and half the stuffing missing seem to be fun for Roxie. My 2 think carrots, apples, etc are treats so that is another way I save money!

Mostly what they want from me?? Is love and attention and to curl up with me every evening. They would love if I could go back to working from home too!

I'm not sure if you have a Target store in your area, but if you do I would check it out. They have little dog tees, and some jackets and sweaters for only $2.50. Its in the beginning of the store. Another YTer posted a message and it is definatly worth checking out. I went this morning and came back with a few bags full...

While definitely not as cheap as the $2.50 Target stuff, Amazon.com also has some good deals. I just bought a sweater with scarf for $3.99, and a thick houndstooth hooded jacket for $8.99. Reasonable, I think.
