in the section where we list items for sale, you can come across a lot of nice things inexpensive. Walmart also sells a nice line of dog clothing inexpensive.

I dont buy mine expensive clothing ,I get mine at walmart or target for 2.50,they have some pretty cute clothing.

What size is your baby? I have some things that I've picked up that are bigger....

We've been lucky enough to have some precious little things gifted to us by YT'ers that fit perfectly!!

I'd like to pass along a little of the puppy love with some of things to fit your baby, if you don't mind.

another good place to look for clothes and accesories is, at the after holiday sales. Even though I am not getting my yorkie until about January, my boyfriend and I went out the day after halloween and got tons of doggie stuff at least half off. We went to target where everything was like $5, Petsmart had everything 50% off and we also went to Walmart. We plan to do the same thing after christmas as this is where you can probably find the cute cozy sweaters. My boyfriend thought I was nuts but now he looks just as much as I do, and his cocker spaniel even has some new threads.

Girl, you did an excellent job! I too, have made my 5

babies things from time to time. They love the little fleece balls, and so easy to make! And takes only leftovers to make them. Check the remnants at WM. What's your baby's name? Oh, and welcome to YT! People are great here!

I never try to spend more than $10 for any one item for Slade, I hit up the YT sale threads a lot!

PLus, he is a boy so I don't have all those cute dresses tempting me.

I hit up Goodwill A LOT. THey often have adorable baby blankets for $1-$2, Slade also loves the soft toys with rattles in them, and every once in awhile I can find a preemie size tshirt that will fit him. I just wash everything in hot water when I get it home to sterilize it and its fine for him.

Great ideas! Thanks! I also shop for sales on fleece and buy some with large prints. I cut those out and sew them up with a squeaker inside. For example, one print has a dinosaur...that was easy to cut out. I put some sale fleece in a solid color on the other side and a squeaker and stuffing inside. You can buy the squeakers in bunches at the Petsmart...Dr. No squeaker replacements. The sale fleece also makes great blankets, and shirts.

I never thought about doing that, cutting out shapes of animals on fleece! hhmm, I know what my next project will be!!
