Donating YT 11K Club Member | Who will your babies go to if something happens to you? Have you ever thought about who your babies will go to if something ever happened to you? I want to be safe, like if something just happened to me out of the blue, i want to make sure my babies are safe, that's if something happened to my bf too. I guess it's a will of who they will go to..do you guys know? There's my mom but idk if she would want all 3 of them, and she doesn't know all about Yorkies like i do and isn't careful about them like me. My brother would not take them either, or my dad. Either way i would want them to go to someone that is addicted to Yorkies like i am and know everything about them, know what i mean? IDk it's a scary thought to think about this but i want to be on the safe side. Where will your babies go?

| Yes, I've given specific instructions to a couple of family members. It's all detailed, who goes where, who gets fed what, who needs what meds...

I really don't like to think about this but I guess my brother will be happy to give Koda the love and care she deserves

| I have thought about this alot. IF anything happened to me the ONLY person in my family that I would trust would be my mom. THe rest are horrible, awful pet owners! With both my dogs being under 4 yrs old, and my mom being almost 69, I'm not certain that she would be in good enough health to see them live into their senior years and I would hate for them to lose owners twice. SO... With my pit Laney I have a friend I met through a msg board (petfinder) and she understands 100% the special needs of pits and her dogs are spoiled to pieces. I actually have given my mom her info if anything does happen to me, so she can contact her to get Laney. She would foster Laney until a GREAT home could be found (and she is super picky wit her fosters) and if a good home could not be found, she has said she would keep Laney. With Slade, my best friend who has a boxer and a rescued maltese/shih tzu/lhasa mix, has first dibs on Slade. SHe is like SLades 2nd mama anyway. If for some reason she could not take him at the time, He would go to the friend in Texas who would find the perfect family for him. My babies are super spoiled adn I love them so much I don't want them to end up with just anyone.

Donating YT 11K Club Member | That's good you did that. The thing is i dont have family that i would want to give them to. If something ever did happen to me they would go to my bf but i mean if something happened to him too idk who they will go to.

| This is a really good topic! I just got my APCA card in the mail today and on the back it has a place for who to call if I'm injured because I have pets. I put it right in my wallet. If anything every happened to me my mom would take the monkeys in a second, as would my dad. I don't have any siblings so they are really my only option. |

| If something happened to both myself and my boyfriend, Madeleine would go to my parents. They love her so much and would take such good care of her.
