| Calm before the storm?? Hi Guys, Lilly is my first ever dog and therefore this is the first time I've had to train a dog. So far she has been a star! I've had her for 10 days and we've made real potty training progress. Today is the first day we made no puddles and held for a good 4 to 5 hours at a time! When I'm at work she just sits on my lap or next to me and chews her toy or sleeps, we go out for regular playtime in the garden and round the living room which she loves! Then at night or "quiet" time she has her little playpen... she never plays in it only sleeps. Of course there is a bit of whining when I first put her in unless she's totally exhausted. She loves people, hardly ever barks (except at her own reflection) and is just soooo good! At 12 Weeks I can hardly believe it! Shes even learning to sit! I keep thinking this must be the calm before the storm... Will she turn into a terror??? Ok just to make you feel better, she hates her crate and doesn't like to be in any enclosed space but even that is improving.... We'll be starting puppy classes next week so I hope she'll learn to come when called! Is she normal? Or just being especially good at the moment?? Whats in store for me? I am enjoying her immensely and shes my absolute sunshine but I'd hate to think its this easy after reading some of the posts on this forum! |

| She just isn't an overly rambunctious little girl is all. My Zada was and still is the same way, but Azrael is always first to check things our and run and play and explore. Your little girl will love to get dressed in frills and be a princess. |
