Is the bike horn used the same as a clicker? Or is it used more like the coins in a can, you know, shake the can when they bark because they do not like the noise?

Coco's Mom, I would be upset too. I am really wondering if all Bark Busters trainers use the "BAH" growling sound that their website say they do to stop bad behaviors because it doesn't phase Ellie. In fact, talking nice to her gets me farther. I know they also want me to not let Ellie on any furniture including beds for five weeks which would be devasting to me. For Ellie temperament, clicker training is looking better and better.

my trainer used the sound. it was stupid in my opinion. i feel that i should pay her $100 for her time but that she seriously scammed me. she knew she was moving! she told me herself that the day after the first lesson she went to fl for househunting! she told me this when she told me she was moving. she has a lot of nerve. please pray that i get the rest of the money back!!!

I think a bike horn is a great idea. I may try that. My boys sit on the back of the couch, look out the window and harrass everything that walks by, people, other dogs, kitties (kitties are the worst). I think I'll try the horn.
