| Male Yorkie scent marking in the house I already have a female 9 yr old Yorkie which I adopted a year ago. A few days ago the adoption agency asked us to look after a Yorkie boy. He was abandoned so we are not sure how old he is, vet thinks 10 or older. He's housebroken but insists on scent marking in the house. He has not been castrated but my female has. We are hoping to keep him permanently as they are getting on so well and he's a lovely little boy. Can anyone help? |

| I would buy some belly bands and put them on him. They are little bands of material that velcro around their waists and cover their little boy parts so that if they pee or mark it is caught in the material. I also cut a women's thin liner in two and stick it on the belly band for added protection.

| Thanks, for the help, I will have a look in the local pet shop to see if I can find some. Such things are hard to find in France, can't even find pee pads here. I am also going to get him steralized, does this help??? Will keep you posted. |
