| ![]() Is he neutered?? My sister in law had a Yorkie mix that was not neutered and he was house trained at her house but as soon as she brought him over to my house for a visit, he would smell my dog and automatically lift his leg to mark. Poor thing it was like the urge was too strong.. My sister in law would scold him and he would just look at her like he knew it was bad but couldn't help it. I think the belly bands (or stupid cloth things) are a good option for you! Best wishes! |

YT 1000 Club Member | ![]() My male is not neutered and only marks outside. He attempted to mark a couch once when he was around 20 months, but a quick and loud "No!" and clap had him running to his crate ![]() |

YT 500 Club Member | ![]() Toby was neutered a month ago. It hasn't seemed to help any. He's 8 1/2 months now. So I crate him when we leave, and I bought a gate to keep him off the stairs, where he prefers to do his business most. And at night I tether him to the head of the bed so he can't get down to sneak off and go anywhere. It seems to be helping. I'll have to take a u.v light around to be certain of that cause he's pretty slick. |
