Yes, our trainer told us that they are the same, except that in the puppy class she went over housebreaking and teaching to socialize.

They do allow a sit-in to you can see if this is something that will work for you and your puppy . . and actually even if you do sign up and you feel that after the first 2 lessons you are not completely satisfied, they will refund your money . .

I didn't realize they'd let you repeat for free. It's been a year since we've been there...not sure if they'd let us do it or not. I'm not sure...I might put her in the advanced class anyway. Haven't decided yet.

I don't think they do, I think they offer to let you take another class for free. But I'd call and ask the manager. They should as long as you have the paperwork and your reciept. without that I doubt they'll be able to do much.
