| All you need to do is suspend a couple of jingle-type bells (available from Hobby Lobby; Walmart, too, I believe) on string from the door knob. That's what Joey uses. Works great for us!

| I use a set of sleighbells on a sring ... i got them from the dollar store at Christmas time. I just wound the string around the knob and let the string of big loud bells hang down to the floor. On another note.... It's a GREAT alert system for knowing when my little human ones go out and in the back door

| I sewed ribbon onto some strapping and sewed in loops to hold the rings with the bells. I'm going to make some new ones soon though. Getting tired of the leopard... |

| U can buy the sleigh bells @ X-Mas on sale that's what I did and then I tied a gold ribbon on it to make it longer for Teddy and Tiffanie when they was little and I'd have them ring it when they went out and YES there was times they just wanted to play!!! LOL! But Teddy is rotten he just rings it to be ringing it. But it does help. Now I'm doing the puppies this way too. | Hey Kellie! Another option would be to buy the replacement ribbons from poochie bells (they're 5.95 plus 1.50 shipping) and add your own ring and bells from your local craft store. That way the sewing part is secure. I even have a friend who uses parrot bells from petco. . . Jodi |

| I plan to get one of those call bell, like you see on hotel front desks, and put on the floor next to the door. I think it would be really cute if Demi could use her paw to ring it. |
