| More questions :) Hi everyone, I was just wondering when it is a good time to let them tackle stairs. He is on the bed and tries to jump but is scared. On occasion he will jump but only if there is a pillow or something on there. I just wanted to know when we should start introducing them to him. Thanks! |

| For your bed i would get puppy stairs, i would be so afraid of him breaking a leg that's a big jump for a small dog, as for steps, i believe when there ready they will go up and down them

| I got my dog when she was 8 weeks and she always ran up and down stairs. I would introduce them immediately to avoid it ever becoming an issue.

| Are you asking about stairs to get onto the bed, or stairs in general. Mine will both go up and down the stoop to the patio, 3 steps, but I've never tried them on a full flight of stairs. They will probably go up before they will go down. You can start them out by putting them on the last step, and then go two steps etc. Until they gain cordination and confidence. |
