| ![]() Hi - Maybe she's rebeling against something...Did you recently leave her for longer than usual? One of my dogs Petula does that all the time. She's five now but it never fails when I go out of town and return, that night a big nice poop and some pee in the living room! Its like she's saying "that's what you get for leaving me". SO FUNNY! Also, sometimes it's other things... new food, new friend, new something... they're so smart! |

| ![]() Tiki just went through something similar and it still boggles my mind. He had been doing so well on his potty pads after about only a week after we brought him home jus this past December (he's 7 months now). No accidents whats so ever. I felt like the luckiest mom ever with such a well trained puppy. Then, it struck! The out of the blue, peeing EVERYWHERE NIGHTMARE! It started about a month ago. He would hold his pee alllllll day and then would just like EXPLODE and pee the biggest pee I ever saw come out of such a small dog where ever he was standing. And then all of a sudden, as fast as the nightmare started, it ended. Its like he just "decided" to start going on his pads again and has been accident free all week. I don't get it, at all! I consider several factors, I had just been away for a couple days before he started the nightmare, so as it was posted, he might have been mad at me for leaving him? or he's getting older and trying to control his bladder more? He's not peeing nearly as often any more. And my last thought, he DEFINITELY needs to be neutered (which he is going for on Friday). But, its still a mystery to me! |
