| We have a bench table so chachi and Jewels get up on the benches but not the table. The only time they are on the countertops is when I am giving them a bath in the sink.

| I allow mine on counters and tables as long as there is no food being prepared or eaten. But I also make a point of cleaning the table and counters before and after we eat and cook.

| Gucci has never been on my table or kitchen counters, so she does not look to go there. I must agree with most I personaly don't like that, but hey to each his own. I groom her in my wash room I have a built in laundry table and I sit her on it and brush her hair or blow dry her after her bath... |

| bunjee is not allowed on tables and countertops. he is allowed on couches, sofas, and beds so long as he stays on his blanket in these areas or if he's fresh from the shower and haven't been outside yet. |

| We don't allow Teddy or Toby on the kitchen table or counter tops. They do however lot's of times use the coffee table and end tables as short cuts from one piece of furniture to the next. The biggest reason I think I allow that is I would rather have them take the short cut than to be jumping up and down like they are Batman.

| I have never put them on the kitchen table. But I do but them on the kitchen counter from time to time to give meds and I find it easier to give them both a bath in the kitchen sink verses the tub. In the tub they have to much room to move around and I don't have a sprayer in the tub. the sink is very little room to run away and I have a sprayer. I then lay a towel on the kitchen counter to do my blow drying and brushing. Neither of mine would be able to get on the kitchen counter without me putting them there. |

| I give Reuger a bath in the sink in the kitchen. It's just the right height to work at and it has a sprayer to rinse him off with. I also put him on the counter sometimes to put on his harness before he goes outside. Not very often though and never when there's any food out.

| Tiger gets on my laundry counter every time I had to put a belly band on him or brush his tooth or comb/brush his hair (too lazy to go down to his level ) . . . but in my kitchen, I let him sit on my high stool and give him something to chew or entertain himself while my hubby and I eat dinner. He occassionally will put both front paws on the island counter but never climb up. Of course when I am busy in the kitchen and I want him close, I sometimes put his crate on my island so he knows why I cannot attend to him and he seemed content to just watch me until he gets bored and then takes a nap . . . . but I dare not let him walk on my island table only because I fear he might jump off it and break a leg . . . . |

| Max and Abbie don't go on kitchen counters or the dining room table at my house. They do go on the coffee table between the couch and chair. They used to only walk across it to get from the couch to the chair however last summer when my air conditioner broke and it was in the 90s, Max fell asleep on the coffee table. It has a glass top and was cool for him so I didn't have the heart to move him. Heck, I probably would have been right up there to cool off with him if I could . At my parents' house I have to wash them in the kitchen sink (unless I want to take them in the shower with me). The first time I gave them a bath there my dad put them on towels on the counter to dry them. He held them while I dried. I just followed his lead. I really don't think that it's safe for them to be walking around up there but it sure was easier on my back to dry them while they were on the counter.

| Sometimes I'll bathe him in the sink, but that's as far as I'll go! I'm very conscious of germs, so no way I would let him walk on my counter or table. I also wipe his feet and butt with baby wipes when we come in from outdoors and I don't allow shoes to be worn in the house. |

| Bailey is only ever on the counter when I am bathing him and drying him off. Otherwise he's on the ground or in my bed.
