The Dog Whisperer (origninal by Paul Owens)
Yorkshire Terriers for Dummies!
Little Dog: Training the Pint-Sized Companion (by Deborah Wood)
On Talking Terms with Dogs: Calming Signals (Turid Rugaas)

I also read "Don't Shoot the Dog" but it was too cut and dry for me.

I'm just starting "Clicking With Your Dog" (Peggy Tillman with pictures)

Does anyone have other books to recommend?

I have recently ordered a book recommended by another YT member. "The Complete Yorkshire Terrier", by Joan G Gordon.

It is out of print, but Barnes and Noble had it in their used book list. It was really cheap. $6.11 and that includes the shipping.

I just finished a book from our local library, Before & After Getting Your Puppy by Dr. Ian Dunbar. I tried out some of the suggestions in the book and some worked.

I think the book that I got the most out of, would be Paul Owens book called "The Dog Whisperer". He goes into a lot of different areas. Some parts are a little "deep" but you get through those.

I am more curious as to which book is the favorite one read by Yorkie Mum.

I know she's an avid reader but one must really be close to her heart.
