| 4 mo Morkie Puppy don't want to be free! Hi everyone. I have a almost 5 mo morkie that's been with us for almost 3 months now. He's super cute and fun and from the beginning we were told that the best optionfor such a tiny puppy was to keep him on a crate with his bed, water and toys. But now we're trying to leaving outside of the crate for longer periods and he gets exhausted but never sleeps. He only sleeps if he's locked inside his on "mansion" a i call it. Any tips on how to get him used to being a normal dog? I like that he enjoys his space but I wanted him to be a normal free dog at some point. That knows where his bed and toys are without me needing to lock him in. |

| Sounds like a typical Yorkie puppy to me. As long as they are out of the crate, they are usually on the go until they get over 4 - 5 years or so. Terriers are always looking for trouble as they say!

Lol he is a "normal" puppy, loves being free to run, play and have puppy fun.
