| ![]() Just thought I would share our experience (so far). ![]() We had a Bichon for many years. She was trained (before PITA) to go indoors and outdoors. It took a while - but, once she learned - it lasted the rest of her life. She is now in heaven. Its been a few years and the wife was ready for another friend - so, we decided on a Yorkie (male). Charlie is now 16 weeks old and only 2.2 lbs. Did a lot of research and decided on a Puppy Apartment. So far (all of 5 days) Charlie is having a 90% success rate on using the pads. ![]() Our only problem is Charlie (every 3rd or 4th time) leaves his butt on his sleeping blanket and his front legs on the pad. Guess what that means? ![]() ![]() Anyway - just joined the forum and have learned a lot. Will update this thread as time goes by... |

| ![]() 0_yorkie.gifFigured it was time for an update. So far - all is still going well. My only problem is I think Charlie is playing me like a piano! If I miss him going potty - he will sit outside the PITA and bark. Not because he is proud - but because he wants his reward! ![]() I swear he has it figured out - he pee's (or poops) on the pad - gets out front and barks. I give him his reward and put down a nice new pad. Well, a few minutes later - he pee's just enough to wet the pad - and sits out front for his reward! ![]() ![]() ![]()
