| Licks/digs in nose when giving kisses? I love my little bunny bean Lucy, and she loves me (if you believe dogs are capable of such emotions, oxytocin aside...) but over the last week or two, she doesn't give me (or anyone else) "normal" kisses; she doesn't just lick my face and ears and move on, she sits there and aims for the nostril; she licks vigorously and occasionally gets a 'good one' in to the point of it actually hurting! And she will do it until you push her away (you know how you can normally just hold your breath for a few seconds until they get bored and move on?). It's weird. I don't like it. I like affection from my bunny but I don't like her forcefully penetrating my nostrils. Anyone else experience this? I just want her to go back to normal occasional & sweet face licking (except after the whole poopoo eating thing...). I don't want to discourage her affection, but I'm growing a bit weary of this particular expression of it...

| lol, turn your face away from her every time she gos for the nose. No need to push her away. That's what I would do.

| nah nah nah - she hunts it down! lol I can bury my face in my pillow and she will excavate my nostril to dig for gold. It's cute, but super annoying and, like I mentioned before, painful when she gets her little razor tongue too far back. Hopefully she outgrows this AND eating her poop. Not necessarily in that order...

| Both my step-daughters Pom and our little Billi are nose-diggers. The Pom is 3 and Billi will be 2 in March. She's not really aggressive about it so we don't mind that much. She moves on after a lil bit, but my stepdaughters Pom? Goodness, you gotta push her off cuz she won't stop! It feels like it's itching my brain when she does it, it's the weirdest feeling!

| Cali does this too. I push her away and tell her to stop. It doesn't stop it from happening next time, but it also has no affect on her personality or anything. Your pup won't stop being affectionate just because you push her away when she's being obnoxious
