Growing puppy? Or mean puppy? :-( majorly frustrated

You guys... Oh god I have terrible news. So I decided I wasn't going to let this thing go about the whole " I got the shots done at banfield" then when I went there they said umm he's never been here. So I contacted the breeder/seller and he says no I did them myself. Well on the photocopied document of shots (yes!! Photo copied!!!) it had a number... I decided to call and see if the guy really ever bought shots. Well after giving the "vet" some info he says "I'm the breeder and I sold him to the guy you bought him from" hmm that doesn't make sense because his name wasn't on the paper or mentioned ever. Well ten minutes later the vet guy says oh well I didn't breed him actually I bought him from another breeder and sold him to the guy you got him from... Wow this isn't making sense is it. I decided to call animal control, see if they had any advice. Mentioned the vet guys name, they've been trying to take this guy down for 4 years for running a puppy mill with over 20000 dogs... Said I was lucky to get away with just ear mites that most cases from this guy died within a week, that must be why he has people sign a contract that after 5 days you cannot contact him about any problems with the puppy. This vet guy isn't even the person I got him from I saw his number on the shots paper.. Imagine that . Animal control said they can't do anything unless I can get a video of him crossing state line (pups can't cross state line without their shots) or if I can set up a buy somehow and stall him and call animal control... They also have me his address. I have to go buy a video camera because I have never met this guy so I probably won't be able to set up a buy, and the guy I bought him from, I sent him a message explaining I know more than he thinks I do and wanted an explanation of why he lied about the shots (this was before I called the vet guy) well imagine that he disconnected his phone!!! He's the Middle man but now he's out of the picture my main focus is the mill runner now... I'm so hurt and mad... I want to put this guy in jail for ever. My poor harley and all the other dogs... Good lord please say a prayer that I can catch this a-hole.

That is so terribly unfortunate! I am so happy that your puppy is in decent health aside from ear mites. It's so sad how people get away with running puppy mills like that. I truly hope your puppy continues to be healthy! Good luck with everything and please keep us updated.

I will my husband and I are not going to let this go were getting more information every hour on the hour and getting closer to shutting that hell hole down thanks for the support and if anyone has any advice please let me know thank you guys from the bottom of our hearts
