3 year old started to pee inside

Hi all
Well myself and my partner adopted our previously mistreated bundle of fur just over 18 months ago and she has been pretty good so far and adjusted to a kind caring home very well. Unfortunately over the last three days she has been a nightmare, out of no where she started peeing and pooping in the house. This was even straight after a walk. She is going out regularly and nothing has changed. The only thing she has been funny with is her breakfast but she has always been a little funny with food (was terrified of a good bowl). It has been a lot hotter than normal in the uk and this has pretty much all happened while we have had a week off so she has had even more of our time than normal. I am now at my wits end so any suggestions would be great. Thanks James

Have you had her checked by your vet to make sure she doesn't have a bladder or urinary tract infection?

I was thinking UTI as well. She should go to the vet for an exam especially since this is a behavior that is new and not normal.
