| Molly doesn't like other dogs Molly my six year old bitch was rescued by me 2 years ago. She has always been a bit snappy with other dogs who she meets on her walks but the problem is getting worse. My parents recently rescued a cavalier King Charles that had been rescued from a puppy mill, she obviously very nervous and does not know what to do in a home environment. She had Molly met in the park for a walk and they just ignored each other which was fine, however, when I took Molly to mom's house Honey (the cavie) sniffed Molly's bum and Molly went for her!!! The problem is that any dog that sniffs Molly's bum or generally has a sniff Molly will go for them and I ma getting worried that she is getting over jealous. Please help !!!!!! |

| I would suggest you become the alpha and put her in her place when she is out of line. You can keep her on the leash when at your mom's and just let her know going after the other dog is not acceptable. you may never get her to accept other dogs but attacking them is out of line and keeping her with out at all times when in another home will give you full control when she acts that way. I hope others may chime in as that may not be the greatest way to handle everything but just trying to offer some advice.
