| How to Stop Chewing I have a male Yorkie who is 13 months old. He has been chewing on furniture and rugs. We have tried many of the pet store products, such as the Sour Apple Spray. He actually liked the taste of the spray! We have recently tried something new...and it works like magic. Hot sauce! You can put it on everything! We have an off-white shag rug, so we rubbed some of it on the bottom of the rug, and he can smell the hot sauce through the rug. He no longer tries to chew our furniture. I hope this helps!

| Thanks for the tip. My new puppy chews on stuff occationally, but a stop when we tell him NO. But it's good to know if it ever gets out of hands. How much hot sauce do you apply? I don't want the whole house to smell like hot sauce though lol |
