| We have white plastic picket fencing that goes down to the water and I wove 18" strips of leftover fiberglass screening in and out of it- overlapping and stiching the ends with dental floss! It has held up for many years (12!) with a few restiches here and there. |

| YorkieTalk Newbie! | PROBLEM SOLVED! I found these wire gardening borders at Big Lots. They were 10 feet long each and only cost 4.00 each! THE BEST PART, they were on sale and I got them for 2.80 ea! WOW! They are just enough so that they acant slip through the fencing, and I have a lot left over so that I am able to go between the arches and double it if I need to. i will go back also today and add a few small zip ties to secure them also. so I spent about 70.00 on this, and my babies can go outside with me! Best part is I don't have to use the collars for midnight tee-tee runs! Thank you for your comments and help! |

| YorkieTalk Newbie! | Sorry...I guess I can't post more than one picture? Still learning, but here are two of my babies loving their outdoor time. Molly is a Maltese (kind of hidden here, and my mom's baby before she passed this year)and Max is a Yorkie.. I also have another yorkie named Marley. Love my babies and they are so happy! They have learned already to go to the "outside door" and not the garage door! Momma is pretty happy too! |

| YorkieTalk Newbie! | I'm sorry for all the confusing messages. Apparently I am sending the same post and pics....trying! You can't really see from the picture, but the gap here is actually covered with a wire. They can't get out of it! Last edited by Jms166; 06-29-2013 at 07:12 AM. |

| It looked to me like they could go between the arches and slip out the fence picket....but then you said you got enough to double up, which is what I would be doing! But they are very pretty and a very good solution to your problem! I would also go back and zip tie the arches to the fence at intervals so they cant pull them over if they stand up and put their front paws on the top of the arches.... |

| 2+2=4 X the Love ♥ Donating Member | Hopefully that will keep your babies in the yard and safe. FIY you can post up to 4 pics per post. I was thinking something like this one would work better: 14.5"H x1 8"W Aztec Border Fence at Menards If your idea does not work you can try something like one of these and weave in and out of the fence. Be sure to get plastic or galvanizes to that it doesn't' rust. Shop garden fencing at Lowes.com: Search Results#! We gotta do what we gotta do to keep our babies safe !!

| YorkieTalk Newbie! | I had looked at the border fencing, but the ones at lowes and other places are only about a foot. I bought 240 feet of this. I have enough to double most of it. I will have to find a little more to completely double. It works though! Each piece was 10 feet long. For the price, couldn't beat it! And yes...I have zip tied some areas and plan to do more! |
