| Training a new puppy Hi everyone! Diesel is a year and a half old already, and has full reign of the house. We are about to get another puppy and are not sure how to go about leaving them while we are at work as well as at night. We want to keep her locked up in the kitchen until she knows to pee on her pads but will seeing Diesel outside of the kitchen upset her/him? Has anyone had experience with this? I'm just not sure how to keep them separated the best way until the new pup is trained. Thanks for the help! - Elizabeth |

| hhhmmmmmm I would think it may be better to keep the puppy in a different room, say the bathroom, so she cannot be with Diesel until you are sure they are friends and you can trust them to be alone together. Good luck!
