| In for a penny? New pup jäger in the house and being crate trained something we didn't do with Bette our 7month old yorkie. (My bad and i admit we spoilt her rotten, she sleeps on our bed as she has done since we brought her home.) We use pee pads. Bette is really good, but with the new pup she is used to being taken outside so we want to continue with that. We didn't want to confuse either pup so we thought what the hell, let's get rid of the pads totally and do what we should have done at the beginning. So now Bette goes out every hour or two with the pup and so far last night no accidents. Today so far so good but I realise it is early days yet lol. I work from home so it is easier and I can take them outside at regular intervals. Bette also is starting to pick up some good habits with regard to going out to pee so fingers crossed it WILL work. I will keep you updated as to wether this works. I live in faith :-) x |
