| Bless his little heart...he is so happy you adopted him, he feels compelled to reassure you continously that he loves you and appreciates everything you are doing for him!!! How long have you had him? After he gets used to being in his new home, and he is confident you are not going to take him back, he may settler down and quit the "in your face" behavior. I would give him a month or so...then I would just start correcing with "no kisses"....and remove him from your face.....if he EVER gets back when you tell him "no kisses", reward him with a treat! |

| My Huey is still terrible about climbing on my lap or chest and getting in my face if I am on the computer or otherwise not 100% engaged with him. I have not been good with consistantly correcting the behavior, and I think that I would be disappointed if he weren't vying for my attention, anyway.

| Our Princess Sophie is 4.5 months old and she's a face licker! LOL She smother's me when we wake up in the morning and the DH when he gets home from work. You would think she had been separated for years. LOL For me, I actually think she likes my facial cream and I don't want her licking that in case it might hurt her. It doesn't hurt me but I still get worried about foreign things in her mouth. We have started telling her, "ok, enough kisses" and pull her away from our faces. It's beginning to work a bit but she's still super excited in the morning and when the DH comes home. LOL We still love her to pieces!!

| Im not one for yorkie kisses on the face so she has learned over time from me moving my head back Im not interested. She will lick my hand which is fine. Now one of my daughters loves the kisses so Jess will smear her face and lips with them..She knows who likes it and who doesnt. It just took a couple months.. |
