| Well, what I have been doing seems to be working somewhat. I'd like to try and be consistent. The coins in a can sounds like a great method, except that I know I won't always have that can with me. I'd like to not have to depend on the can to make her stop. I will see how she does, but I will probably try the can just to start giving her the message that biting my feet is something I really don't want her to do. Thanks for the suggestions. I never would have thought of using a loud, obnoxious noise other than my voice (clap, stomp, coins in can or bottle) to correct her. |

| Hi! I have a 3 year old boy YT named gizmo. I don't have the problem with him biting my feet but I do have a problem with him chasing down random people walking by me just to attack feet. He will growl, bark and bite the person until he's done with them and simply walks away. I can scream at him "No" or say "leave them" before the person walk by and it works only sometime. When he done he knows it wrong and go's strate to time out... Yes time out lol... Go strate to his bed and no one talks to him. But it not working as well as I would like. Anyone think of something to help??? |
