| ![]() Hello, I have a female yorkiepoo that is 3 years old. Recently she started peeing in the house. She was completely potty trained. She rings a bell when she wants to go out. Nothing has changed. She has always been rewarded with potty treats when she goes outside. There are times she still goes outside but she also pees in the house. We are going to be getting new carpet and I don't know what to do. I am at my wits end. Please help Thanks |

| ![]() Welcome to YorkieTalk. Is your girl spayed? Has she had a recent health check with the vet?

| ![]() How long ago was she spayed? was spay incontinence ruled out by the vet? If she has checked out medically- then you need to go back to the basics with housetraining- act like she is a new puppy again, no unsupervised time roaming the house, scheduled potty breaks, etc.

| ![]() Sound like you need to start bell/potty training from the begining again...I would keep her confined when I couldn't watch her at all times....and take her out often...Good luck! Welcome to YT ![]()

| ![]() She was spayed right before she turned 1. Was fine after, just all of a sudden decided she wants to pee in the house. Could it have anything to do with the fact that we had another dog spend the night. I don't remember if that is exactally when it started just know that it was around that time. |
