| Barking into air? My lola is 4 years old and her latest habbit, is to wake the neighbour hood barking in our back garden, every morning! She use's a cat flap and comes and goes as she wants, till now it has been fine. She looks through the cat flap, then charges to the back of our garden and barks and barks untill i yell at her to stop. Besides locking her in, which will cause all sorts of problems...cats stuck in or out...going toilet all over the place, lola going toilet all over place too. Any tips on why she seems to gaurd our garden so much, when she's barking we can see nothing! How can i stop her? |

I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | That's the terrier in her. I actually think Yorkies make great watch dogs, they allert the owner to any intrusion. While they may not be able to fight anyone off, they can certainly let out a large warning noise. Kind of like a security alarm. Maybe someone else will have some tips to reduce it, or maybe, you could close up the door until a later time in the day?
