| Won't Pee in the Cold Outside..Help! Dharma is 7 months old. We got her in June and trained her all summer. She has been doing beautifully! She rings the bells to go out! She's calm! She is the best!! Recently she has been pooping in her crate at night! She had few accidents in the beginning but they stopped. But almost every day this week we woke up to find poop in her crate. We take her out right before bed and bring her in and she knows it's bed time. When she does poop in there, she doesn't cry or bark she deals with it until it's time to wake up. Not sure how to break this habit! While we're at work she goes to my parents and my fiance's parents on different days. They have bells there also and she rings them and goes out with them when she needs to. This morning, my fiance took put her coat on and took her out. She just stood there shaking and wouldn't go. Not even pee! How do you get them used to the cold? We're finding it the hardest at night and early morning. Someone Please help!! Angela

| I think the only solution would be to keep her warmer if you think the cold is bothering her. About a full sweater that has arms and legs and then a coat on top? If she's shaking because she's cold I would imagine you would have to dress her warmer. Do you bring treats outside too? Is she freaked out by the coat?

I think a little bit of everything. We put the coat on her and she is like Ralphie's brother in "A Christmas Story" when he has all of his snow gear on and can't walk . We're trying to get her used to the coat and keep her going outside!!

| LOL poor thing. Cooper has a dog sweater with legs made in it so it's like a snowsuit sweater without the bulk. I think you should try something less bulky. After all, she'll only be outside for hopefully a couple of minutes.

| I just looked in the boys' dresser and it says Top Paw. I googled it and looks like the brand is Petsmart but I couldn't find the sweater. I'll keep looking. I'll put Cooper in it and take a photo for you as I can't seem to find any. But right now he's chewing on a new Himilayan treat and I don't want to get bit

| I got pics and nobody got hurt! I think something like this might be comfortable for Dharma. I bet someone here can make one to size and it will be nice and cozy, not bulky.

And LOL @ us shopping for Dharma thinking that this will solve her issue. You never know. I love the idea of the fleece sweatsuit. I think you should contact 107Barney and have one made. Her prices are extremely reasonable.
