I got her and Max at the same time, max is goofy and fun. but poor Molly just run and hides when you go near her. Please help. First time yorkie mom. | Like any baby, I think Molly just needs time to warm up to her surroundings and feel safe and secure. Max will help her a bit, but what I would suggest is you and your family being as quietly loving with her as you can be. If there is something that scares her in particular, always make sure you stand between her and the scary thing, and she will rely on your protection and be a bit less scared. Just like there are constantly timid people out there, some dogs have a timid personality. You may never get her to never be scared, but with time and patience, I am betting she will rely on your protection and be a bit more brave at home. Good luck!
