| Marking his Territory I just got a new little boy Yorkie his name is Bailey. I have another Yorkie that I raised but my grandpa fell in love with him so I let him take him home. So the new one hasn't been in the same house as my older one but he markes everythig. He is 8 months old and wan't "fixed" yet - as of today he is, he is at the vet right now. Will he stop markign after he gets fixed? there are no other dogs in our house and never have been. I am not sure why he is doing this and I don't know how to punish him for it without scaring him. He is such a sweetie and I think he knows it's bad after he does it he acts like he is scared. I don't know ho wto make him stop!!?? |

| Three things......1. get him neutered----should make it better. 2. Be sure to use an enzyme cleaner on his pee/poo/marking spots so that he doesn't return to them. I use Nature's Miracle but there are others that are as good or better. 3. Get some belly bands. I even have some although my boys don't mark in the house. Just nervous when we stay overnight at family. Good luck. Yorkies are the best! ~Joanne~
