Thor's Human Donating Member | Um... just want to defend Nature's Miracle here. I use it, and am very happy with the results. While I have not tried it myself, I have read that vinegar is not effective for cleaning stains - it may clean it up to your satisfaction, but your dog can still smell it. I forget if this is because the vinegar only cleans the ammonia in urine but not the protein? Not 100% certain. Anyway, you can certainly try water & vinegar, but if it doesn't work, a lot of people vouch for Nature's Miracle.
