| Joey the piddler I am having a heck of a time training Joey. He is only 3 1/2 pounds, but I just read that shouldn't matter. He is crate trained at night and he can hold it for 10 hours, he has never peed in his crate, ever. He goes outside to potty with Sadie who is completely trained and I leave pads out in the house because when he has to go badly and I don't know it, he will use the pad, luckily. But he is very fond of piddling all over the house. Just tiny pees, which shouldn't happen at 11 mos, I would think. Does anyone recommend belly bands? He doesn't lift his leg to pee and I don't know if this is marking and the bands might help curb this behavior? He's such a stinker, I know he realizes it's wrong because he takes off as soon as he does it. He is neutered.

Donating YT 10K Club Member | Piddling all over the house is...marking and it's a difficult habit to break once they've begun. I'd start using belly bands if I were you.

| I think he's marking Donna and not just peeing. Bellybands will help. I don't know how to train a dog not to mark. I have never experienced it. Hope someone can help you. |
