| Sudden Aggression in Foster Yorkie Mix I rescued a Yorkie Mix from a shelter here in Northern California. It was just in time. It turns out that she had huge bladder stones and was about to burst. After two surgeries, the stones have been successfully removed. Yesterday, we removed the last of the stitches and staples. I was so happy. However, she is now totally aggressive toward other dogs, including her roommate. She is 10 years old and had been picked up off the street. She has cataracts. But, she had been very sweet (while in pain?) and had met these neighborhood dogs before. Now, when I take her for walks, she runs up to the dogs and starts attacking, biting. I'm still kind of in shock and don't know what to make of it. Any help or advice is greatly appreciated. |
