This is all great advice! Oliver has been having lots of issues with biting me today. I will try the can with the coins in it since it worked for Melissa so well!

It's not working too great. Everytime I shake the can he stops for a second but then starts growling at me and continues to bite. I don't know what to do! Am I doing it wrong??

jeez im sorry to hear that.. i guess every dog is different. the noise really bothers prince and he will run away from the can. maybe the sound doesnt really bother ur baby

i guess ull have to try other methods! did u try crying like a puppy when he bites? just like his litter mates would if he was being to rough? its just an idea.. that always catchs prince off guard and hell stop.

I tried the yelping and that's working so much better! I still don't think he understands the no bite concept but we'll keep working on it! Thanks!

You can also try a little squirt bottle, or canned air.

man, i def. know what you mean... my little gunter has been doing the same thing with bitting and when you move a part of your body he will go for something else i have told him no, said ouch everything under the book and nothing has stopped him!!!
