| Thanks to all of you I just wanted to say thanks for all the advice on the training threads. I lurked on this site right after I joined & found so many simple things to do. My beloved dh made a comment last night what a remarkable change that has occurred in all our babies. I took all of your advice/ideas and they have become our little angels. My dh was amazed at how easy they behave/obey. Yesterday after I opened the torture device called a training kit, dh told me to start searching for a different program. Didn't take but a sec as I saw an ad on the YT site. I reasoned that since this site is TOTALLY devoted to then it must be ok. I was so relieved & surprised to find it so quickly. My babies have learned to use a piddle pad while in their room & when in the lr they are to stay on the couch w/us unless we are playing on the floor (nightly ritual). We pay very close attention to the sniffing around. Since we do have little grands, they are quite used to the toddlers dropping snacks on the floor & they are the vacume. Though we teach the grands that the only treats the furbies get are their own & ask to give them their cookies. I use the Sea Mobility's treat (my yorkies crack) as their rewards for doing as asked/told (several times a day). They are expensive & we do have to drive an hour every two weeks to buy them. Dh suggested we just order a case to be delivered, but the site showed it to be $14 for 9oz . Our babies love them & they are good for them & their joints, so we splurge. Sorry to ramble. Just really wanted to say thanks to all of your wonderful advice. The difference has been night & day.
