That is a great idea! If the walking stops working I'll definitely give that a try! Thank you! | |

| ![]() As soon as Gucci's vet said it was ok, we started walking him. Fortunately the timing was great - we went on vacation and Gucci was with me 24/7. I was able to walk him more often and he got the idea quickly. Now at 5 months he rarely if ever uses the pad in his playpen. He waits for his walks. I'm lucky as well because I work less than 2 miles away either my husband or my daughter can walk him at lunch if I can't get away. These pups are smarter than you think. You just have to learn what works best. In our case it was walking. When we et him run in the backyard, that's what he does. . . run! |

| ![]() Yes, when they were younger, yes - they thought all the rugs were the pee pads, so I got rid of all my throw rugs and even my 8X10 rugs. We have tile throughout our entire house so it kinda looked bare for awhile till we got used to it! They don't do it anymore though and I've added back in the bathroom rugs and also two throw rugs on each side of our bed, which will be really nice this winter. ![]() Have a great evening! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Quote:
