| Crate or Pads I have still not adopted my yorkie, (still trying to save $$$) but I see that some are using the pee pads and other did the crate training. I had posted before I would bring her to work with me, but I wondered what seems to have the most success rate? Pads or Crate training? Does the breed respond better to one then the other? Thanks everyone for your input!

| I am not sure it a breed thing as much as it the dog and if it likes it thing. Some Yorkies will go outside any time of the day no matter the weather others not so much so you have to look at what you got and of course what works best for you. I would liked to have had mine pee inside for winters and on windy days but that be a no form the yorkie end of things >>>>> I go pee outside and now. I would love to be able to travel and out a pee pad down in the hotel room rather then run down starts in th middle of the night to let someone out that can not wait till morning. There are others that will not go on grass for love nor money but will pee on gravel.... Dogs they can make things interesting. So hang on and see which kind of yorkie you get. I never crate trained mine either use it for learning to not pee in the house... I just watched and waited and went out when the need came up. I used the crate as a safe place away from nieces and nephews and strangers that are scary and for day nap. JL
