| ![]() my lucky is 4 months old and sleeps in the laundry room with baby gates. i dont like his bed in there because its not a big room and his food bowl is right next to it and he eats in his bed (the crumbs in his bed drives me nuts!!!!!). i just have a thing about eating in bed ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

| ![]() It's not too late to crate train him, he just might be alittle more 'stubborn' than a younger Yorkie. Because dogs love their den, you will probably be doing him a favor by giving him that space to claim as his own. |

I agree it's definatleyl not too late to crate train. Mollie is 17 months old and now the only time I put her in her crate is if I'm going to be gone all day. But, I think crates are a wonderful thing. Just be sure to praise him and give him treats for going in. That was how I trained Mollie and I had no problems whatesoever. Good Luck. Sheila | |

| ![]() Did you give any thought to a playpen? that is what I use because it is big enough for a wee wee pad, food and water and a bed and it is open in the top so you can put it by the bed and put your hand in to comfort them and they think you are right there with them. |
