Excited Peeing Hi Guys, Was just wondering if anyone else has encountered this or is it completely normal for a puppy? Everytime Jackamo gets excited whether its from seeing a new person, or sees us when we get home.. she will give a couple excited squirts. I'm assuming this will just go away as she gets older because it is a little embarrassing when it happens in front of strangers. Thanks in advance!

The best thing to do for that is to completely ignore it. But also, do not encourage it by giving him the attention that he is looking for. Totally ignore him. don't touch him, don't talk, and don't make eye contact until he is calm.

I agree with the above poster. Just ignore her and act like returning home is not a big deal, when she has calmed down give her a casual pat or hello. Supposedly they grow out of this by the age of two....good luck, I know this can be quit frustrating having to wipe up little messes after each greeting!
